Gig Abled
The “Gig Abled” program is a comprehensive training program designed to empower individuals—including persons with disabilities and those without disabilities—to acquire the skills needed to enter the labor market and work independently.
The program focuses on promoting the principles of inclusion and integration by providing an equitable training environment that enables participants to develop their professional and personal capacities, thereby supporting their opportunities for economic independence and active participation in society.

Program Objectives
- Economically and professionally empower persons with disabilities
- Enhance opportunities for freelance work (freelancing)
- Develop labor market skills for all participants
- Support the principle of inclusion between persons with and without disabilities
- Link training to real employment opportunities for outstanding participants
Program Components
1. Labor Market Skills Training
Participants receive practical training that includes:
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and task organization
- Basic and advanced digital skills
- Readiness for the labor market and freelance work
2. Freelancing Training
- Introducing the concept of freelancing
- Training participants to use freelancing platforms
- Developing personal branding and professional identity skills
- Preparing work portfolios (Portfolio)
3. Assessment and Employment
- Evaluating participants’ performance during the training period
- Selecting top performers based on competence and readiness
- Supporting the employment of a percentage of outstanding participants or linking them to real job opportunities
