The Women in Leadership course examines role identity, social capital, and diversity and inclusion as approaches to overcome the tension points that challenge the advancement of women in leadership roles on personal, social, societal, and institutional levels. The course aims to equip women in leadership positions with the knowledge and skills to explore their personal role identity, develop social capital, and drive diversity and inclusion.
